Lymph is Good
chronicles the journey of an active 30-something Dallas-ite trying to keep her head up while grappling with primary lymphedema.

Finding Heather

My surgeon came through on something good. A recommendation/referral to a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist (a Lymphedema Therapist) - a good one. One that listens, understands, responds, and has the knowledge and experience to back up her answers. She’s a problem-solver who understands the condition. At least this is my at-the-moment perception.

We talked on the phone, met for a session, and already - one session down - I feel the improvement in my hip. (My husband is thanking her as well.)

Finally some progress.
