The Foot Pad

When I first got my garment I had to wear this pad on the outer edge of my foot because it hurt so bad. The skin, not necessarily the foot. There is a funny shape to the bone in my pinky toe that causes it to protrude from my foot. I won’t try to explain it further, but it gets in the way of garments and bandages. When I received my second garment I thought I fixed the issue by getting the specialist to submit a slightly looser measurement on my foot… because I didn’t have to wear my foot pad anymore.

However, now that I’m wearing my garment again I’m back on the footpad.

Why is it that I feel like I’m going nothing but backwards post surgery?
