Body hangovers. It’s a thing. For real. What’s my take on the situation? As you know my niece and nephew have been in town. That means we’ve engaged in any of the following activities… perhaps even some simultaneously:
- Walking around a whole lot
- Hanging out in the heat
- Lots and lots of sugar
- Delicious (perhaps salty) foods
- Kids running around the house stress
After three or four days of this my leg feels about as bad as it has ever felt. Blughhhhh. Can this be a flare-up if I know what caused it? Whatever.
