My Foot Hurts

I never used to struggle with walking around. In fact, I used to walk 20,000 steps a day thanks to my Fitbit. But, since I started wearing my compression garment and making an attempt to manage my condition, I’ve found myself having to take breaks… or come back from a walk and immediately remove my shoe and elevate my foot/leg.

It throbs. At times it feels as if it’s going to explode.

On the contrary, if I sit down for too long and don’t elevate I feel the same pain. I can either get up and walk around or elevate it. The thought process is constant.

I don’t actually know what else to say… this is my way of empathizing with those that understand the pain that I’m talking about. I feel ya. (And don’t even get me started about the pinkie knuckle…
